The project site also serves as an exceptional resource centre to promote healthy lifestyles and environmental education and awareness among the general public with proper evaluation mechanisms. Visitors to the site can on request enjoy a multi-media presentation on the concept of holistic health and understand why conservation is only a small element of the wider concept of health promotion.

This is an interactive participatory programme to stimulate participants about the importance of growth in a holistic manner by understanding that “Health is not the absence of disease but a state of well being, mentally, physically, socially and spiritually”.

The programme is not comprehensive as time does not permit it. It is only an awakening process on areas which are not dealt with in the school curriculum. The following areas are touched upon in a manner relevant to the background of the participants.

The facilitator promotes a discussion at a level that suits the age/background of the participants.
